Reducing Case Times by 50% by Training an ML for Image Detection
I led the training of an ML model to detect aligner fit and gaps that would be paired with an auto-capture camera feature, streamlining the treatment experience for our over 200k active app users. The feature led to a 15% reduction in cases per customer, 50% reduced case handle times, and improved drop off rates on the core feature it was added to.
Pivoting to an API Product Suite to Drive Growth
I led a product pivot that involved productizing our API calls and building a unified API for point of sale systems. The goal of this pivot was to unlock critical enterprise-level contracts and boost our ARR, poising SocialCrowd for a successful bridge to Series A.
Creating a Two-Sided Healthcare Marketplace
Developed the initial premium Byte+ offering to capture a significant portion of web UVs that were underserved. Byte+ involved creating a two-sided dental marketplace and a new dental web portal, which ultimately would unlock not only net new conversions, but upsells. This offering went on to drive a 10% increase in Byte's annual revenue.
Expanding ARPU Through an Instant Bank Transfer Offering
Tasked with increasing ARPU and Redemption Rate, I managed the development and rollout of a new Instant Bank Transfer offering in SocialCrowd's incentives and rewards platform. With this new reward option, we drove a 12% increase in monthly ARPU and customers using the feature saw a 30% increase in their employees' redemption rates.
Fixing a Disastrous NPS Score With a Mobile App
I managed the development end-to-end of our initial mobile app release. This ultimately meant driving towards our NPS and profitability outcomes. From launch, the MyByte app boosted our NPS from 3 to 38, led us to profitability by reducing servicing costs over 40%, and enjoyed a 4.7 star reviewed rating across 20,000 reviews.
Diversifying a High-Performing Product Portfolio
The petroleum analyzer vertical was XOS' highest performing product portfolio, but lacked an offering that would service the low-end refinery market. By keeping the lab tech's workflow in mind, we developed a semi-automated sampler that achieved 129% of its targeted revenue within 6 months of launch.
